Poppy is such a beautiful doll! I love her dress and
scarf, and her pink lipstick is perfect (any other color would just not work so well)

  5. Aww, thanks so much! She’s got such unique coloring that neutrals just called to me. Your girl looks fab here and I want to steal that scarf!!

    • Yes, you indeed called it. Neutrals on her are the thing. We are such accessory slaves aren’t we…always on the lookout for those perfect accessories for our diminutive divas. I will keep my eye out for an extra scarf 😉

Fantastic! I sincerely think that scarf languishes in most collections, never really thinking to use it and questioning what to use it with. At least I know that is what mine is doing right now. The Look knit dress paired with the scarf are the perfect match. Brava!

    • Exacxtly Pam! You have stated it perfectly. This scarf has spent more time in a drawer or in a case in a doll store diorama for most of its tenure in my collection. It was time to put this baby where it was originally intended…on a model. I just got back from France and Austria where woman wear scarves all the time. It was time to bring that back into the States. 🙂

  8. Ahh! Your photos look wonderful like always. The doll has a perfect style. Knitted dress fits her more like an original Barbie City shopper, I think. Scarf and purses make outfit luxury.
Yeah, your pics made my morning better :). I’ve just got desire to take my camera, dress a doll and make some photos too :).

    • Thank you so much Lilly. I could receive no greater compliment than that my pictures make you want to go have some fun yourself. 🙂 That is indeed the point of most of my photos. Enjoy!
