Yesterday the WClub announced a new exclusive lottery during it’s week long Dolly Days extravaganza. We have a new Jason Wu designed Elyse people! She will, sadly, be an IT direct right to buy lottery with an edition size of a paltry 450. Mud pit time. Many will happily enter the pit for this one.

I really wished they had showed the back view of her hair. It looks like a french twist….I am guessing though. If it is…divine!!

Not sure what the Pre Fall 2016 name is all about. After scouring the released photos of his prefall 2016 line I could find no reference to this design. Some super sleuths over at the WClub forums did find this though…
Kate Bosworth in Jason Wu at a red carpet in 2016. This definitely appears to be the inspiration. Doesn’t appear to have ever been produced except as this one off. Very pretty on Ms. Bosworth and beautiful on Elyse as well. Well played Mr. Wu!!!

Anticipated delivery: Summer 2018 Yes…Summer. Just so you know folks…these upgrades typically come in about 4 months later…just setting expectations here. I have to say though, for the most part, these dolls are worth the wait.
And because some WClubbers didn’t fee like we had a good look at her face in the original press release ( and I agree with those who asked for more images) the incredibly responsive people at IT provided the image below . Also, for those of you who might think this is a white outfit…think again. The general consensus is it is a light powder blue/green. Yummy!!

This Poppy is on a arched foot body!!! YASSSSS! This is my preferred body for Poppy as I hate to photograph the ankle joint. You can definitely see David Buttry’s direction for the year. He shared at convention that he was inspired by Kate Spade and I am seeing that in the bright colors and polka dots. I can’t wait to see what is in store for Poppy this year!
