Barbie for big girls.

A Romantic Era Concludes

All good things must come to an end.  Or…in my case…all sunny days in the garden eventually give way to rain.  I managed to get three separate photo shoots completed before the rain started so I am happy with that.  For the last installment of this romantic garden series I paired a favorite embroidered sheath from Bellissima Couture and a yummier than yummy coat from Lovetones.  The hat is a story.  It originally came from Bogue’s Vogues and I have to admit…I got creative with the Russian netting on this one.  Hope you all enjoy.

Model:  Lovtones Romantic Era Roxy

Dress:  Bellissima Couture

Coat :  Lovetones Timeless Show Roxy

Hat: Bogues vogues

Shoes:  Lovetones Romantic Era Roxy

Purse: Integrity Toys AKA Gigi Giselle

Accessories: the box, macaron and bag were all done by me.  The boxwood trees in planters were from Pier One.  The bench was found on Ebay.

Gorgeous! I’ve really enjoyed these pics. I’d love to hear more about what you think of her!

    • Thank you Daeryssa! Yes, you are right…I really didn’t review the doll at all did I. I am very happy with these dolls. The bodies have a way to do as I have had to send two back to have them replaced but it is something the company is actively working on. They are very responsive in replacing defective items. The fashions are beyond fabulous though…so worth a little inconvenience on the bodies. The heads are a little smaller than IT dolls so that takes some getting used to. The bodies are very flexible and movable. You can do many more poses with them than other dolls. Hope this helps flesh out some of the details on these dolls for you.

Just beautiful, Rebecca! She looks like a younger, softer Elise. And that coat…!
